CNM Site & Safety Improvements

This CMAR project includes an educational Nature Trail / wellness path with an outdoor classroom/ amphitheater area and PV panel array as part of the CNM’s “Campus as a Living Lab” experience at the Rio Rancho Campus.

The CNM West Side project included upgrades to Wayfinding for easier access to existing facilities, and a new 400 linear foot monumental signage to highlight the entrance to the campus. Landscaping and bike paths/walkways were upgraded
and installed in order to support and integrate the Site and Safety improvements into existing campus circulation patterns.
