Historic Curry County Courthouse Addition and Renovation

SDV was selected to renovate the Historic Curry County Courthouse in Clovis. The three and a half-story structure has served as a courthouse for more than eight decades was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.

This project included renovation & addition to the existing 86,250 sq. ft. historic building. This project includes site improvements, building addition and renovations of the existing basement and first level of the Sheriff’s Department. An additional phase of the project included a complete renovation of the first floor of the historic municipal courthouse.
