Curry County Administration 

SDV Construction was contracted as Construction Manager and General Contractor for the Curry County Administration Building renovation and addition. This adaptive reuse project includes a complete first floor renovation and addition to an
existing two story building located in Clovis, NM. The Project was designed to help relieve space constraints at the Curry County Courthouse. The County departments of administration, clerk, assessor, treasurer, and information technology were
relocated. The existing building, built in the 1960s, has cast-in-place concrete columns and floors. The project included 13,300 sf of renovation and 6,200 sf addition to an existing two-story building.
