Spaceport America 

SDV was contracted as the Owners Representative Construction Manager for the State of New Mexico, New Mexico Spaceport Authority (NMSA), on the $20+ million Phase 2 construction of Spaceport America. In this capacity, SDV provided full-ranging services that include representing and advising NMSA on all aspects (planning, design, construction, occupancy and warranty support) of multiple construction projects that include both vertical and horizontal construction.

 

Additional projects include the Spaceport Operations Center Buildout, a vertical launch pad and a Sprung Armadillo Door Hangar. A 90’x93’ structure with a large door system that allows for an entire end opening.
