VA Sleep Disorder Center

This new clinic was constructed to provide 8 Sleep Study rooms for diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders along with additional space for nurse monitoring, staff lounge, reading room, storage, reception and nutrition. This single story building was designed and reinforced to provide for a second story so that it may be expanded vertically. It also includes accommodation for a future elevator and stairway.

The scope of work includes site demolition, excavation, utility modifications, site improvements, concrete work, installation
of structural steel, masonry, framing, mechanical, electrical and electronic installations, plumbing and finish work.
